iTrip Colorado Springs is owned and operated by Giugi Carminati. Giugi brings decades of STR property management and real estate experience to her work. Since 2021, she has specialized in short-term rental management in Colorado, where her sharp eye for detail and owner-first mindset ensure every property is protected and optimized as though it were her own.
Raised abroad and living in the U.S. since 2001, Giugi brings a global perspective and speaks four languages. Her international background and love of travel give her unique insight into what guests value most. She sees short-term rentals as a way to democratize travel—helping families enjoy time together in a way that hotels often can’t. Having once traveled with three children under four, she knows firsthand how essential space, comfort, and thoughtful amenities are for parents.
Outside of STR property management, Giugi is a lawyer, an avid traveler, and an unlimited rebreather diver who embraces adventure both above and below the surface.
